No Guarantee of Job Placement: The services, resources, and information provided by the Collaboratory Career Hub, including within the community, are intended to assist and support individuals in their career pursuits. However, it is important to note that the use of these services and community does not guarantee employment, job placement, or specific career outcomes. Bold Yes Ventures, LLC dba Collaboratory Career Hub does not make any promises or representations regarding job availability, suitability, or success in securing employment

3.1. Inactive Accounts: We reserve the right to identify and remove inactive accounts. An account may be considered inactive if the member has not logged into the community for thirty days. Before removal, we may attempt to notify the member via the email address associated with the account.

 

3.2. Membership Termination: We may terminate a member's access to the Collaboratory Community for violations of the community guidelines, terms, and conditions, or any other reason deemed necessary to maintain the integrity and positive environment of the community.

 

3.3. Appeals and Reinstatement: If your account is removed due to inactivity or violation of our community guidelines, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at [email protected]. Reinstatement of an account is subject to our review and discretion.

 

4. Intellectual Property

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to utilize, display, adapt, and distribute the content within the community for the purpose of enhancing engagement and interaction.

Marketing and Promotional Usage: You acknowledge and agree that any content, including but not limited to posts, comments, and shared materials, may be utilized by Collaboratory Career Hub and Bold Yes Ventures, LLC for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without any further permissions or compensation. This includes showcasing the content within our marketing campaigns and materials.
